Function Brief
Showing mail Viewing Home You can view all the received mails in "Mail list"on Home screen.
Lead / Business meeting / Client You can view only relevant mails in "Mail"on Lead / Business meeting / Clients screen.
Mark *1 Check It shows if it's registered in Lead / Business meeting / Client by Mail Action.
Person It shows if a client information is registered in Salesforce.
Mail action Return You can return a mail.
Return to all You can return a mail to all.
Forward You can forward a mail.
Unread You can change a mail from Read to Unread.
Show by HTML format You can redisplay a mail by HTML format.
Register in Lead / Business meeting / Client *1 You can connect a mail to Lead / Business meeting / Client by clicking and save.
Register in Case *1 You can create a new case containing a mail.
Register in ToDo You can create a new ToDo containing a mail.
Post in Chatter You can post a mail (including an attached file) in Chatter.
Register Change a client information *1 You can register・update a registered client information in Salesforce while seeing a mail.
Exclusive application Various settings Mail settings You can set a mail account and a name to send a mail.
Application settings You can set an information (date / title / main text etc.) which receives by drag & drop of an exclusive application.
Filter settings You can register 20 of mail addresses or titles, that are the obtained mail conditions from a mail server.
Mail to Chatter You can post a mail or an attached file in Chatter by drag & drop.
Chatter to Mail You can quote Chatter's post or comment in a mail by drag & drop.
Chatter to Chatter You can show Chatter's different kinds of groups and share a sled by drag & drop.
Chatter to ToDo You can create a new ToDo containing Chatter's post.
Search *1 It searches Mail / Object / Chatter containing a search keyword and shows the result.
Mobile compatibility You can see a mail and operate things from Salesforce1 Mobile application.

* When you cancel a contract, you can use "Chatter to Chatter" and "Task registration" unless you uninstall.
*1 It's an available function when you make a contract for Salesforce product and service which you can use its function.
